Awesome high scoring schools and a very diverse community. Safe and friendly neighborhoods. A great place to live and raise children.
Part of "The Heights," locals refer to Rowland Heights as "Little Taipei", due to its high concentration of Taiwanese restaurants and businesses. Having been to Taipei, it bears little resemblance. That being said, Diamond Plaza is a pretty impressive hub of young San Gabriel Valley activity - especially on weekends.

No one of any substance ever comes from this town.
Upside: Decent schools, Good Freeway Access (57 & 60). Downside: No Diversity, Essentially Another Chinatown.
