L.A.'s Eastside: Where do you draw the line?

“ I define the boundaries in the type of people that live in those areas. Obviously, if you have a concentration of Chinese, Koreans, Russians or whites than those would not be considered part of the Eastside Los Angeles. As it stands, the Eastside does not have a solid identity of its own because it's considered part of Los Angeles, and Los Angeles is huge. It needs to have its own identity and get on the map as a proud City.

Also, i define the boundaries by the borderline of the following surrounding cities; China Town, Downtown, Commerce, Monterey Park, Montebello, Alhambra & Highland Park.
