Mapping LA Neighborhoods
MAPPING L.A. > South Bay

Stay tuned.

Crime L.A. does not yet include Torrance.

Currently, the site covers areas that are policed either fully or in part by the Los Angeles Police Department and L.A. County Sheriff's Department.

The Times has requested a similar electronic data feed from Torrance, but so far the department has only provided the incomplete list of crimes it publishes on its electronic crime map. As The Times has reported, that map omits rapes and larceny.

If you would like to see Torrance included, contact the Torrance Police Department at (310) 328-3456 and urge them to make their public records available in a useable format.

is a city in the South Bay region of Los Angeles County.
